Scholarship Worth

The scholarship includes Tuition fees, Maintenance/living cost stipend, Roundtrip Flights, Thesis grant, Study travel grant (if applicable), and One-off arrival allowance.

Eligibility for Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Scheme 2026

  • Eligible countries: foreign students can apply.
  • Admission Requirements: To apply for these scholarships, you must:
  • You must be a citizen of a Commonwealth country or have been recognized as a refugee, or you are a protected British person
  • Stay permanently in a legitimate Commonwealth country
  • Start your university studies in the UK at the beginning of the academic year in UK in September/October 2026
  • By October 2026, the first degree of at least the second year (2: 1) and a relevant postgraduate degree (usually a master’s degree). The CSC would not normally finance a second Master’s degree in the UK. If you are applying for a second master’s degree in the UK, you must explain why you want to do this study.
  • You have not studied or worked for one (academic) year or more in a high-income country
  • You can not afford to study in the UK without this scholarship

How to Apply for Shared Commonwealth Scholarship 2026 in the UK

  • Candidates must first enroll in one of the eligible courses at Stirling University.
  • To qualify for a prize, applicants must submit an offer for a place in Stirling.
  • They recommend applying to Stirling in time for the deadlines of this scholarship.
  • Applicants must then submit a separate application to the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission via the link that will be provided.
